Troyce McLane

Troyce Gene McLane,age 67, of Sulphur Springs, Texas, was born September 19, 1942 in Mt. Vernon, Texas, the son of Earnest McLane and Lynna Holt McLane. He married Patsy Tubb in Dike, Texas June 2, 1962. Mr. McLane was a carpenter by trade. He loved to build and fly remote airplanes with friends Robert Stewart and other model enthusiasts.

Troyce McLane passed away Saturday, June 12, 2010 at his residence after a lengthy illness.

Surviving family includes his daughter, Tonja Christopherson of Dayton, Texas, brother, Royce McLane of Dallas, sister, Carolyn Sue Rowe of Sulphur Springs and grandchild, Taylor Shea Christopherson. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Niece Tina Watt of Sulphur Springs was a special caregiver during Mr. McLane's illness.

Mr. McLane was preceded in death by his parents and one son, Troyce Shawn McLane in 1986.
