Lynn Weaver

Graveside funeral services for Lynn A. Weaver will be held at 1:00P.M. Thursday, March 27, 2010 at the Greeenview Cemetery with Rev. Horace Hammond Officiating. Mickey Ferguson, Randy Roberts, Lonnie Davis, Matt Rosamond, Ed Rosamond and Juan Ponacho will serve as pallbearers. C.O. Hunt, Larry Morris, Leeman Stracener, Louis Ferguson and Dr. David Sargent will serve as honorary pallbearers.

Lynn A. Weaver was born November 27, 1952 in Corpus Christi, Texas, the son of Sam Weaver and Myrna Case Weaver. He married Jewell Katherne Hunt in the Greenview community on July 29, 2006, she survives.

Mr. Weaver was a retired delivery driver for Hopco Cabinet Manufacturing for over 10 years. He was of the Baptist faith.

Mr. Waver passed away Sunday, May 23, 2010 at Hopkins County Memorial Hopsital at the age of 57.

Surviving family includes his wife, Katherine, sons, Mike Holmes and wife Melisssa of Austin, Texas, Billy Menge and wife, Jennifer of Sulphur Springs, daughters; LaDonna Mlaenka and husband Bryan of Splendora, TX, Jennifer Muniz and husband Santos of Conroe, Texas and Lyn Kay Garner, brothers; Steve Weaver and wife Cynthia of Phoenix, Arkansas, Mike Weaver of Colorado and Sam Weaver III and wife Reneee of Brashear and thirteen grandchildren.

Mr. Weaver was preceded in death by his parents and one son, Christopher Weaver.

The family will receive friends from 12:00P.M. till service time at the community building adjacent to the Greenview Cemetery.
