Linda Call

A Memorial service for Linda Marie Reppond Call, age 65 , of Sulphur Springs has been scheduled for 1:00pm on Saturday, September 17, 2016 at Tapp Funeral Home with C.J. Duffy and Pastor Jeff Tiemeyer officiating. Mrs. Call passed away at her residence on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 after battling lung, breast and throat cancer since 2006.
Linda Burkhart Reppond Call was born February 15, 1951 in Tacoma, Washington, the daughter of Danny L. Burkhart and Evangiline (Carins) Burkhart. She married Clyde Wesley Call in 1999. Mrs. Call was retired from J B Weld after 21 years of service as a supervisor.
Survivors include her husband, Wesley Call; two sons, Jeffrey W. Walker and wife, Tonya of Greenwood and Thomas Ray Reppond, Jr. and wife, Addie of Mt. Vernon; two daughters, Lisa Walker Rogers of Kaufman and LeAngie Walker Newsom of Daingerfield; seven grandchildren, Robert A. Rogers, Cody S. Rogers, Michael G. Rogers, Jessica Gilbreath, Kayla Walker, Nobie Reppond and Evan Reppond; one great granddaughter, Rylie Rogers. Also a lifelong friend, daughter and caregiver, Stephanie Coleman and husband, Darrell Coleman.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Danny and Evangiline Burkhart and Granville Warrick.
