Edward Price

Graveside funeral services for Edward A. Price, 86 of Sulphur Springs will be 3:00 pm, Sunday, November 28, 2010 at Rockdale Cemetery with Bro. Tim Potts officiating. Todd Parnell, Tony Colley, Neena Boswell, Kathy Coleman, Valerie Darlin, Cletius Brown, Gerald Burnett, and Terri Augillar will be serving as pallbearers. Cletis Millsap will serve as honorary pallbearer. No Formal Visitation.
Edward Alton Price passed away Friday, November 26, 2010 at his residence.
He was born in Sulphur Springs on November 27, 1923, the son of Charlie and Eva Christian Price. Ed married Margie Barnish in Garland in 1952. She preceded him in death in 2006. He served in the United States Army and Air Force. He attended the South Liberty Baptist Church and was a long time truck driver.
Survivors include: son, Edward R. Price and girlfriend, Neena Boswell of Sulphur Springs; two granddaughters, Katie Price and Shelby La Fratte; and one great-grandson, Morgan La Fratte.
He was preceded in death by son, Charlie Price and one brother.
